This CD is different from our smooth jazz series Mr. Smooth which is primarily smooth jazz. This CD features on the straight ahead free jazz era typical of Coltrane, Monk and the like. This is heavy stuff. Not for the faint hearted. Think atonal, polyrhythmic, dissonance, polytonic and do away with the diatonic in this instance.

Also included are various complex chords on piano such as -9th, 13th and flatted 5th patches and basic major and minor patterns. You can use this CD alone in it's entirety to get some really unique combinations. The demo featured here is a combination of several stand alone loops on this CD. Very ideal for the independent filmmaker, beginner or advanced producer.
